We want to make all students aware of an upcoming change that we will be making. Please note this change will not affect Dual credit or employee accounts. On November 15th, you will be presented with a screen that will require you to change your password.
Here is a screenshot of what you will see after signing in for the first time on November 15th:
Your new password must contain the following:
At least 8 characters and no longer than 128 characters long and at least 3 of the following 4 criteria must be met:
At least one lowercase letter
At least one uppercase letter
At least one number
At least one special character such as !, @, #, $, etc.
YOU CAN NOT USE THE FOLLOWING AS PART OF YOUR PASSWORD:
USERNAME
ANY PART OF YOUR NAME
Once completed successfully, you will see a series of green check marks letting you know that all criteria have been met.
After November 15th, if you forget your password, you can change it by selecting âForgot Passwordâ on the OneLogin sign in page as shown below:
Accept the Onelogin access request via your Onelogin app and you will be able to update your password. Please contact Computer Services by calling (903)434-8140 if you are locked out of your account and need assistance.
